For years, Sheila Joyce Kellerman CPA has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses. Our expertise ranges from basic tax compliance and accounting services to CFO engagements.
The focus of our services is to partner with our clients and offer them the benefits of a Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Tax Director, thus enabling our clients to postpone or eliminate incurring the high overhead of direct employees to perform these functions.
Sheila Joyce Kellerman

Sheila offers her clients more than twenty-five years of experience in business finance, accounting, taxation, and tax consulting. She holds a Masters Degree in Taxation and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting with great Distinction from San Jose Sate University. She is an active member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Kellerman currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bay Federal Credit Union.
After a six-year tenure with KPMG Peat Marwick, Sheila established her private practice in December 1988. Sheila believes in “keeping it simple” in terms of providing the appropriate level of service to the new business venture. As a business grows, her experience allows her to offer the proper level of sophistication and support as is necessary and cost-effective. Ms. Kellerman’s experience reflects sound financial management, having guided her own firm, as well as offering sound and ethical financial counsel to dozens of companies in the Monterey Bay area, as well as Silicon Valley and beyond.
